Coffee Spoons

Has anyone made coffee spoons before?

I was thinking about making some as a Christmas gift. I wasn't exactly sure how to go about flavoring them aside from the obvious. (Buying flavored chocolate chips).

Anyone have and tips, hints, dos or don'ts to share?
