Soy Candles Cracking
Feb. 4th, 2005 12:50 amOkay, folks. I have a problem that I've never encountered before, and its really starting to get on my nerves.
My soy pillars are cracking and breaking not 10 minutes after I pull them from their molds. I'm using an Ecosoya Pillar Blend wax, soy dye chips, and fragrance oil in a polycarbonate pillar mold. The cracking always occurs on the bottle of the candle.
Please, can anyone tell me why this is happening? If no one here has any advice, then I'll contact CandleScience, which is where I purchased the Ecosoya from.
Thanks in advance!
