HELP!!

OK, so I'm trying to design a little logo for my clothing tags and something to kind of label my handmade crafts as my own *for selling, for gifts etc.)

But, I was wondering if anybody could tell what that was supposed to be. Anybody interested in literature may have a hint with the name "Pertelote"
I drew her and then took a picture and added the color... I dunno, I think she looks like what she is supposed to, but that's me!
