I've been a happy lurker here for a while and now I would like to ask a question: I'm obsessed with the idea to make bobbin lace. I looked at a few books and websites and it looks complicated, but not impossible really - on the other hand people keep telling me you can't teach it yourself with any reasonable success. (I taught myself tatting and it went okay but I'm still and even more obsessed with the bobbin idea now!) Any ideas? Thank you!
