I turned this:

The pants are awesome in general, but...

...I hated how the pockets bulged out, and the pants weren't flattering on me at all. There was also a red paint stain on the bottom of one of the legs...you can see it on the skirt. I think it adds an um...interesting touch. Blood stain? Haha.

Into this:

What I Did: Cut the pant legs off. Took some of the pant leg fabric, cut it so I had a nice rectangle, then sewed it on as pleats in random places on the skirt. Then I took blue plaid fabric I had and added that on as pleats as well. I was too lazy to sew all the pleated fabric together, so I just took safety pins and pinned them together like mess. I love safety-pins. Makes up for my laziness haha.

Haha, sorry. No face shots this time. My face was feeling antisocial. My eyes are still friendly though.
