Here are the first two things I sewed on the sewing machine, as well as a book purse that I also recently made.

This is a bag I made out of a t-shirt I've had. The inside is from the bottom of an old dress of my mom's, and the strap is the belt off the dress. I already had everything I used to make it! :-) My stitching needs a little work, but it's been holding all my books for the past month.

Here is yet another i-pod case. But I'm proud of it because I just winged it and it's only the second thing I've ever sewed on a machine.

And finally, the book purse. I got the idea off of several craftster posts and have been dying to make one. The cover is pretty plain, but I wanted to experiment with it. And, I liked the title. ("Sinfully Rich")
