Strange Theme Party

Hello! I lot of you probably remember this from a year ago, but I figure there are new members to suck ideas from. Two years ago, I suffered a stroke on my 21st birthday. Last year, instead of throwing a birthday party, I threw the first annual Stroke-a-versary! Well, it's about that time again, and I need to prepare for the second annual stroke-a-versary. I'm looking for theme ideas. Last year, my roommate was a bit uncomfortable with the idea of a stroke-themed party, so we made it sex-themed to make her happy. However, this year I would rather it be a bit more stroke-themed.

Some ideas I have are:
-Blood clot punch
-Pin the IV on the patient

Someone last year recommened doing shots out of an IV bag (I have to check out hospital supply stores. I also have some MRIs that I was thinking of hanging up for decoration. Any other hip ideas? Thank you in advance!
