Hi, I'm relatively new here, mostly I've just been admiring what everyone else has been making.

anyways, I come to you with a question. I want to make this hat but no matter how hard I try I've never been able to properly crochet. I know that you can convert patterns from crochet to knitting, but I'm not sure if you can when it has a design like this pattern.

I tried to check the memories but that part of lj is down right now I guess. If anyone knows anything about it or has done this I'd love to know. Thanks!!
