Rust - o - rama

Anyone have any tips on getting something to rust quickly?

I seem to recall that one could soak a metal object in salt water for a few days and that would do the trick, but maybe there is a product or some clues to speeden it up. Got any idears - all up in your heads?

Please no tips on achieving a faux rust look - I want the real "2 legit to quit" oxidized deal!!!!!
