Feb. 11th, 2005 11:00 ami can't seem to access the memories, so just read on.
:)
i bought a little scrap fabric last night that is really snakeskin-y. it's like something you'd use to make a giant frog or lizard that was popular a few years back...maybe you know what i'm talking about...?
anyway, i'm a new sewer, and i was curious if i should change my needle (this fabric is kind of slimy/satiny feeling) and i thought i remembered that different needles can be damaged/cause damage by/to the material you use, like corderoy or silk.
anyway. any thoughts?
and if you need a picture fix, see
africanviolin for my two most recent
monsterswap (my first projects for this comm.) projects.
