DIY lingerie?
Feb. 17th, 2005 03:55 pmHey craftgrrls
I was wondering if any of you have a source for lingerie making supplies? Specifically, I'd like to be able to buy:
* bra strap closures
* bra strap elastic
* little slides and buckles that fit onto the bra strap elastic to make it adjustable.
* elastic lace trim
* garter belt clasps (the part that holds the stockings onto the belt)
* other cute elastic trims for use on panties
* stretch lace and other interesting *fashionable* lingerie fabrics, especially prints.
I want to be able to buy these things in a reasonable range of colours, but I'll settle for just black and white if necessary.
Ideally, I'd love an Internet or mail-order store that ships to Canada, but also feel free to tell me about any real stores that have this stuff in the Ottawa, Toronto, Montreal, or Vancouver.
Just so you don't get bored with my text only post, here's a random lingerie craft I had saved in my files: Look! I'm making pottery panties!!

Thanks!!
