New to Crafting.
Feb. 17th, 2005 08:36 pmHello Everyone!
I'm new to crafting about, but due to some pretty stressful times, I've taken it up with absolute abandon.
Right now, I'm working on a chess set made of Sculpey. completely non-standard set, of course since i'm not particularly good at copying anything.
I'm sorry, but for now I don't have any pictures. They are coming along rather well, though and promise to be rather cute when all is said and done.
My question relates more to the business end of these crafts. I'm not sure if it is an appropriate question to post here, but I was wondering how all these auctions for the crafts has gone? Have any of you used this method? Does it work nicely for you? Is there really a market for these things?
I ask the last one because I've found everything so easy to do and so much fun that I don't see why more folks don't take it up themselves. It's so relaxing.
I look forward to seeing more of everyone's great work. There are some incredibly talented people here!
