The cover of the book I've been working on, this book is made entirely from scratch and is kettle sewn with 3 sections. The book is meant to look aged and ragged, so precision wasn't needed with the cutting and binding. I've stained the cover with tea after binding it and I've sandpapered the spine cloth to make it look a little more worn.

First page of the book, as you can see there really wasn't much precision when attaching the backing paper to the cover board, or the backing paper to the actual book. All the pages in the book were prestained, unironed and not cut to size.

Another section of the book, the photographs are of the Unicorn that I made, printed onto matte photopaper, aged with usual stuff.

Some close ups of the photos:

The book isn't finished yet, washed out manuscript is yet to be added and some charts and stuff. The book is part of a University project, along with other parts of work too. I've been working on pop up theatres which I've yet to photograph. The project is based on belief and imagination :)
