Shoe Extravaganza

There was just a post about shoes, which reminded me of a show project I did when I was looking for the perfect wedding shoe. I couldn't find ones that I wanted, so I bought the plainest pair of sandals I could find, and I added glittery gold fabric, rhinestones, gold bugle beads, and faux pearl strands. There is some irridescent fine grain glitter on the cork heels as well, but it didn't really come out that great in the picture. I was very happy with the shoes, but they ended up not matching the way I had hoped they would. Ironically, I ended up buying the exact same pair of plain shoes I purchased before, and wearing those because they ended up being the best match.
