first time poster

hi everyone!
ive been a lurker for a while, and im finally ready to post

im going to try to stencil for the first time on sunday. ive tried reading up on as many different ways.
i have stencils on my computer, and ideas, now there are a couple things im wondering

ive heard people say that they love to use freezer paper to do stencils, how would that work? print it on the freezer paper, and cut it out on there? print it and iron it? im confused here

tulip fabric paint is good right? or should i buy acrylics and medium?

roller or paint brush?

when i stencil it on, should i stretch the shirt out onto cardboard to allow for strenching once its on?

feel free to add anything else you think i should know
