Plastic Charms & Clear Coat

craftgrrlA while back a girl posted a bunch of earrings using plastic charms & I really loved some Dr.Pepper ones she had. I just saw an online store that used all of the same charms she used ~ I started to email them to ask when I thought it was just a one-girl-run business, but then realized they had actual stores ;) So, does anyone know where to get the kinds of charms from this site? (Mostly I would like the Dr.Pepper & Rubik's Cubes) I've googled as much as I can :p
On a side note ~ I was trying to put a clear sealer over the acrylic paint I had used to paint my Sculpey covered tin (a tree tin I posted about a week ago).... It is a clear matte spray, but when I used it, it just covered the whole thing in white speckles! I used the HobLob brand ~ has anyone else had troubles with this, or could recommend a good brand? (Here's a tip ~ don't leave your black spray paint can out next to your clear coat. Bah!)
