Wine Bottle Cheese Boards

craftgrrlI have several bottles I want to melt down into spoon rest and cheese boards. Has anyone done this or have info on it ? I know you fire them at 1500 degrees. I'm not sure how long and if you hang them or lay them flat to melt them. All I've seen have wires in them. Thanks for the help !
