I really want a bag like the one MK has in NYM. Pictures

I want to get one for myself, or have someone I know make me one or SOMETHING. But I don't know how to describe it. It seems like a messenger bag, I know that. But what else should I say? Vintage, scraggly looking? I mean what kind of fabric? I don't know how to describe it. Also if anyone knows where I could find a bag like it...PLEASE let me know.
