Sorry for all of the questions lately, but I keep getting project ideas while in the middle of other projects.



How would I go about making something like this:

It doesn't need to have an actual collar on it, I just want it off the shoulder and I'm wondering if I could just cut the shape I want and then leave it, or not. Would the t-shirt fabric fray? I don't really want to sew if I don't have to. I also want to leave the sleeves in tact, they would just hang lower.

I saw a girl who had one on here (I think) that is what I'm looking for, but I'm just not sure how to go about doing it.

I already looked at ohmystars.net and didn't like the ones she had there, so I'm just looking for something '80sish or rough, I suppose.

I promise to post pictures as soon as I finish this shirt, my pants skirt and the wallet I started to sew. These things take a while because I have to hand sew everything!
