im sorry but i have a stupid question
i want to put a design on a plain boring shirt...
i have the stencil and for pain what should i use?
obviously ineed somthing that wont come off in the wash..
but i dont really like fabric paint because i dont want the glossy finish...is there a kind that doesnt dry so solidly? would acrylic paint wash off?
help please?
