I need a little organization help

I have a ton of beaded jewelry that I have made. Does anyone have any suggestions to what I can make so that I can keep them organized. Right now they are all in a drawer and I have to fish around for the bracelet, earrings and necklace that all match. I'm worried they are going to get broken. I need a way to display them better.

Any suggestions?
