I think I'm going to add to it, black butterfly stamping and hand-painting on some
flowers (maybe a cherry blossom branch) in the areas not covered by the mesh.

I'm about halfway done with a completely illustrated, step by step, explained-so-that-even-if-you've-never-sewn-you-can-do-it tutorial on making skirts like this. I'll post it probably around noon or so. :)
