is it possible to remove cement from fabric? i just inherited a Michigan State hoodie from my boyfriend and it has dried cement on it [small spots.] I wanted to turn it into a pillow and suprise him with it.. so.. yeah. I washed it, tried sanding it out [which just made lots of lint and softer fabric].. I don't want to bleach it. I considered buying a green colored fabric paint that's close to the color of the hoodie and just painting over the cement..
