May. 14th, 2005 05:23 pm Alas, my last entry in this community for a while... I will be moving into a new apartment soon, and I will have nothing. No Tv, No Internet, no nothin'!! Needless to say,
So, I would like some big projects to do. My first thought was that I wanted to crochet a hoodie. I have found some patterns for sweatshirts, but I don't know how to go about doing the hood part. I don't want a drawstring one, just a regular old hood. I don't know how to make my own patterns, but I can follow anyone you give me. I'm not good at math it turns out, and my head gets befuddled with numbers with the simplest tasks. If someone makes me a complete hoodie pattern, I would be willing to reimburse them for the service.
I will also be making candles with some of my agate in them, kind of like little prizes, to give to the younger generation of my family. Is there anything special I have to do when doing this? I know to keep them from touching the wick, but anything else?
Merci!

(Edit: I just realised there are different meanings of the word 'hoodie' I just mean a hooded sweatshirt that you pull over your head, no buttons or the like.)
