I took this from my personal journal.
It is my second attempt at dying wool...Went much better I believe.
I used the tutorial from knitty.com...thanks to someone linking it to me last time.

This is the before picture...see how orange the water is?


This is the after picture...the yarn soaks up all the color and leaves the water clear. :)


And here are my colors all together.
I cannot wait for it to dry. I am excited.
I did a whole 8 ounce skein. I hope it turns out kickin'...seriously...





If you look closely, you can see where my tub is stained from dying last weekend...haHaHa

The little white flecks on the yarn is from the thing I have it laying on. Those are just paint flecks and they come off....I didn't have anything else to hang it on...*shrugs*
