craftgrrl | For all you hemp knotting geniuses, a bead question:

I recently purchased some medium sized porcelain beads that I dig, I even went out and grabbed a pendant that to match. I got everything started, got almost half way through and the hemp that I would like to use wouldn't fit! I am not sure the exact measurements of the hemp but it's about double (possibly a lil bigger than) test hemp. I've tried several different things to wedge it through with no avail. I also started another piece with one carrier and knotter of test hemp instead but wasn't feeling the look of it. And so far that is all that will fit.

Does anyone have any suggestions or tricks for working this out? I know people can be touchy about sharin' secrets so maybe not! However, I am still a novice at this, self taught from a book and don't have any hemp knottin' friends to show me clever tricks and the one book I own has limited info (for beginners). Hell, if there was even a way to widen the hole of the bead without breaking it to bits that would work as well.
