tshirt reconstruct + random others
Jun. 1st, 2005 10:48 amSO here's my no more text only post. I finally got my camera out after being lazy:
the best comes first (i guess?)

notice how my cat must be part of *every* picture? ^_^ such a camwhore..

the only thing i need to fix on this is the lace up thread. i didn't have any nice cord so i pulled some yarn through it for the picture ^_^ i'm not sure if i'm going to use red cord or black (or maybe green?) any suggestions?
Here's the first wallet i've *sewed*, it took forever, and is kind of unfinished...but..

(that's a bunnybutton as a clasp - babypink, mind the flash)

I got these awesome fitting pants at valuevillage, but they were a bit too short to be stylish, so i upped em further so i can wear em punk style with my docs, and wrote all over them. but not normally, oh no.

my inspiration was vertical asian writing. i figured if i wrote vertically in english, from a distance it would look cool, and i wouldn't have folks tilting their heads trying to read my butt. it worked! there's writing on the front left leg as well. i still want to draw/stencil/transfer some other stuff onto it, probably the tool logo, since the words on the pants are the entire song 'aenima' by tool.
and finally, I bought some cheap jersey knit end for like 4.00/m and made this:

i stll have like 1.25m so i guess i can make more shirts.
hurrah! i'm pretty happy with all of these for once.
