So this is slightly in the area of gratuitous self promotion, but since I'm constantly seeing sewing questions on here I thought it was applicable.

So I know alot of you out there sew, I also know, from personal experience that a sewing machine can be a beautiful yet frustrating beast to work with.

I will be teaching a basic sewing machine use class at the newly opening Axis arts academy in Denver, Colorado in July. We'll be going over such basics as threading, to more advanced things like maintinance, and troubleshooting.

I will also be teaching a few other fabric craft oriented classes as well if that floats your boat.
