modge podge question

i have a frame that i want to glue putt putt tickets to and im not sure how to do it. i thought about hot glue but i think the frame is plastic and i dont want to melt it. i have a bottle of modge podge i got on clearance and was wondering if this would work. its the fabric modge podge and the tickets are paper and the frame is plastic. would this work? ive never used modge podge so i dont know how it works and the differences between all of them. i have the sparkle one too, but i dont think my boyfriend is big on sparkly things. im doing it tonite so i will post pictures as soon as im done.
