Shrug attempt

I made a shrug last night and I need some thoughts on it.
I kindof want it a little longer and maybe a little tighter around the sleeves, so I don't know if I should take it out and then just add to the length with the extra yarn.
Anyway here are some pictures of my progress, I am going to try and maybe make a little more on the back and thinking of a collar.

Also has anyone ever lined theirs? Wool makes me itch so I need to see about lining this one so I can keep it for myself.
