Just thought i'd post this here cause I know there are a lot of Atlanta ladies in this community, and I hadn't seen anything here about it, yet! Hope it's okay!


Indie Craft Experience Atlanta!

First ever BIG indie craft experience in the southeast!

Date: Saturday, June 18, 2005
Time: 8 pm - midnight
Admission: $8
Location: Eyedrum Gallery - 290 MLK Jr. Dr. SE, Suite 8, Atlanta, GA 30312 (corner of Hill St. and M.L.K. Jr. Dr.)

This is not your grandmas craft show! FINALLY, the south gets a craft fair geared towards young independent designers and crafts! I am so excited!

-A craft sale of indie designers and crafters throughout the evening beginning at 8 p.m.

-A fashion show of indie designers at 11:30 p.m. MC Little Jen promises a good time!

-From 8-9 p.m. FREE Terrapin Beer, while supplies last

-Music: dp3 will play before the fashion show. Hope for a Golden Summer will play right after the fashion show followed by Part Time Weekends. DJ KYSA will spin throughout the evening.

-Art: Art show featuring several local artist including Tracy Wagner, Kelly Teasley and others will be on display throughout the event.

-Raffle for a cause: $1 raffle tickets will be for sale for our most-most fabulous raffle bags full of can’t-resist-‘em goodies! All proceeds from the raffle will be donated to Hagar House, a local shelter for women and children.

-We will be handing out free tote bags full o’ swag—including a copy of Bust Magazine—to everyone who walks through the door, while supplies last.


Our participants come from near and far...from California and Connecticut to Grant Park and Decatur! Meet the coolest of the cool from all over the country!This event guarantees constant fun!
