does anyone know anything abou the cool/cold heat soldering iron? i'm thinking of buying one so that i can seal up my jump rings after i finish jewelry. is this a viable idea? i've seen the commercial, but i don't know anything about soldering. i could use this, i presume, to just zap the opening of the jump ring to melt it together or whatever happens? nothing too intense, but it is metal. they have them for around 15 bucks on eBay.
