craftgrrlsoooo hello everyone!
i was wondering if anybody had a tutorial/tips/directions on how to make a skirt like the one i own-i dont think i am going to be able to find one in stores as good as this one and maybe i just have to make my own
(i got it in california and now im back in ohio stuck looking for one :/)
i'll post my other crafts when i get pictures of them, too!
