mending broken ceramic?

craftgrrlA friend of mine went to the beach and sent me this adorable flamingo bobble head. I named him Sergio. The US Postal Service killed Sergio, and he arrived at my house in four pieces.
Obviously, the next step is to fix him. I have this stuff called Weldbond. It claims to "bond almost anything", like wood, concrete, plaster, tile, and foam plastic. Would this work on gluing my little ceramic flamingo back, or is there some sort of ceramic-specific glue that would work better?
I thought I'd check with you all-knowing crafty people before I did anything drastic.
