I'm not the first person to do this but here is my jeans-to-skirt creation. I made it from a pair of jeans I've worn and loved for 6 years. Finally, they got a hole in then right under the ass. I patched that up and gave them new life as this skirt. It's become my absolute favorite thing to wear.
