paper seed pods?

craftgrrli saw on craftster.org someone made paper seed pods where you mold paper in to shapes such as hearts and you place seeds inside..drop them in the ground and the paper desinigrates and the seed is planted. but all he had was a picture and not how to make them. does anyone have a tutorial?
