I picked up two oversized throw pillows from Goodwill the other day-- one is a giant San Francisco 49'ers pillow, and the other is just a decorative pillow that probably sat on some ancient couch for years without being used. I bought them with the intent to re-cover them and make them meditation pillows to toss in my living room, but I haven't the slightest idea where to start. I have never sewn anything in my life.

Are there any tutorials for this I might have missed, or have you guys ever attempted a similar project? I hate to just pay someone to do it for me, but I don't want them sitting in my Jeep forever, either.
