Craft Supply Swap?

craftgrrlSorry for the double post, and sorry if this has already been covered. But, has anyone came across a board that has a category specifically for swapping craft supplies? I know there are places on craftster, and there are a couple communities on Lj..but most of those are for swapping completed projects.
Plus, on Craftster, they want you to meet all of these requirements which are kind of ridiculous if you've already established yourself on similar sites.
So if nobody knows of an active board with a category that swaps specifically for craft supplies, would anyone be interested in helping me create one?
