I made these at a Christmas party last week, then made a bunch more a few days later...they're really fun, easy, cheap, and turn out pretty. :)

You basically just buy clear christmas ornaments, squeeze acrylic paint inside them, shake them around, and let them dry! Here are some more detailed instructions:
