tell me, is there such a thing as some kind of gel or something that you can "paint" on (control the shape of it easily and all of that) to a surface, then paint with whatever medium you choose, and then peel the gel off to find clean surface beneath it? You know, sort of like masking tape, only better because you don't have to rip lots of tiny pieces in order to mask what you want to mask.

does anyone know?

because that would be amazing.
