hello, my name is tini, i'm 19, a natural medicine student, and i really like making things. "jack of all trades, master of none," is my crafting motto! i'm new to posting but not to reading here. i love this place like crazy, and now that i bought myself a shiny new digital camera, i think i ought to start posting some of my creations!

all of my favorite things have been given as gifts, so i don't have any pictures of them currently, (stenciling projects and sewn purses and the like) but i do have pictures of some wings i made for a live action roleplaying game (makes dork noises) so here they are.





they have a good ol' base of pantyhose over coat hanger wire which gave them an AMAZING shape, but when i tried to paint the pantyhose it looked TERRIBLE. any suggestions?



anyway, there's chubby me wearing them in my dirty bathroom...i gave up on the paint and just covered them in feathers and flowers. it was fun.

does anyone have any advice about the painting? i want to make painted ones....i think they looked a lot better before i had to put feathers on them.
