Embroidery floss goodness!

Well, I've been mean to my favorite bracelet, dropping it at such. It's now scratched, many of the beads have cracked off ($1 bracelet.) and in a general state in disarray. I was in Greece a couple of weeks ago, and in Plaka, the ancient part of Greece, they basically have hundreds of shops. Surprisingly enough, a good six of these are bead shops. It was wonderful, and I got myself some beads for when I got home.

Last night I couldn't sleep, and while I was laying in bed at 4 AM, this idea popped into my mind. Immediately getting up (creative genius can't be put on halt, of course!), I pulled out my embroidery floss, old beads, and new beads, and








^ just wouldn't photograph well while being worn. :P


And I even got artsy with my photos!


Basically, I had a ton of fun with these, and I'm wearing the pearl set on the first day of school with a skirt I hope to finish sewing today. I'm pretty excited. :D
