craftgrrlHi guys! I'm new here, but not to the world of crafting.
I attempted my first skirt surgery yesterday:
To alter the long plain skirt, I trimmed about 6 inches off the bottom, cut slits and threaded ribbon, hemmed the edges, and added large sequins.
Any suggestions or comments?
