craftgrrl | enviroment friendly grocery bags/animal friendly stencils

I'm in the process of making fabric grocery bags so I stop wasting the ones from the store. This is my second one so far. It's kind of a wide tote/flapless messenger bag. This is also my first attempt at stenciling. I need more practice and better supplies. The fabric is from an old button-up shirt, I raided my boyfriend's stash of acrylics for the paint and the stencil itself was made out of label paper. Both stencils were found at http://www.livejournal.com/community/stencilxcore/107798.html and are originally from Peta.
