your very own bulletin board

So, i thought of the idea just a few weeks ago.
If you can go out, buy a few simple things and use a stapler gun carefully, then you'll have no problem doing this (:

what you need:

1. canvas board that you can buy in an art store, it can be any size (i bought mine from Loomis... go for the 2for$6 pack.. way cheaper than most others)
2. any kind of fabric, make sure you'll have enough to cover your canvas board
3. a stapler gun
4. pins and needles, to hold the fabric down while stapling

1.

Make sure you have your fabric ready

2.

... and your canvas

3.

Lay your canvas down flat on the fabric (face down), and estimate how much fabric you'll need for each side (draw it out using a ruler). You'll be folding the fabric over and stapling it down later.

4.

Next, cut out the guidelines you drew on the fabric.

5.

Fold the fabric over the sides of your canvas.

6.

Pin your fabric down securely with pins and needles!

7.

Using the stapler gun, staple down each side. BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!!!!! don't rip your fingers off (ooouch!!)

8.

And zen you're DONE!
Easy peasy? Yah! It doubles as a bulletin board/ portrait for your wall (:

Hope it was fun!
