Aug. 18th, 2005 09:32 amwell ... i've been looking for the thick, sturdy iron-on interfacing (craft bond), for ages now. yesterday when i went to wal-mart, i found what i thought was craft bond ... i bought 20 metres because i use it to make the purses that i sell.
when i got home it turns out that its not iron-on interfacing ... its just really sturdy regular interfacing. so its pretty well useless to me now.
but ... i was wondering, could i use spray adhesive to stick the interfacing to the fabric? or would that just be too messy and annoying?
i hope someone else has tried this.
i guess i could use heat n' bond, but i'm hoping the spray adhesive can be a quicker and less expensive fix.
