pretty mirror?

i have a simple question:
whether temporary (like a static sticker) or permanent, how can i make myself a mirror like one of these:

these particular mirrors are available for purchase from urban outfitters for $34.
i'm sure with some time i could use this method with etching cream, BUT i really want color. as far as color goes, i'd want something permanent that won't peel off in time or force me to change my methods of class cleaning.
so there is my question. any suggestions or solutions that i missed?
