Easiest thing to make EVER, with even the most remedial sewing skills.

2 ties, and 2 metal hoops. I used swing set hardware from Home Depot, because it was one sided (half-circle) really thin, and lightweight. Cut the ties were they start to thin, sew them together, and attach the hoops at one end. Wah-la.
