tutu?

Hi

Im considering making a ballerina costume for a college themed dinner coming up. I was wondering if any of you have made a tutu before. I was thinking of using netting, making a large hem and threading elastic thru it to form a skirt, although i dont think it would poke out much. Does anyone have any suggestions??
