Speedball Ink

craftgrrlWhere can I find it, and how much does it run, $ wise? Also, does it have to be watered down with anything, or can I use it straight out of the tube onto a t-shirt?
My art teacher gave me all kinds of supplies for silk/screen printing, but I'm just now digging it out and getting curious. She gave me a few tubes of the speedball ink, then there are these other inks that are in litle tubs that are really liquidy/watered down. She also gave me a big can od paint thinner, and I can't remember what she said I would use it for..but I'm assuming you might have to mix it with the tube ink? If so, whats the ratio?
